Welcome
I am Carmen Seidlitz, clinical psychologist. I support healing processes that integrate body, mind and spirit — because true health never lives in only one dimension.
I am a Clinical Psychologist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (Quito, 1990). For more than three decades, I have dedicated my life to studying, practicing, and teaching methods that integrate the body, mind, and spirit — because true health cannot be approached from only one dimension.
From an early age, I felt drawn to alternative ways of healing. Homeopathy, anthroposophy, and various energy practices opened my path and revealed new ways of understanding human well-being. Each of these disciplines became a bridge toward a deeper, more compassionate vision of the healing process.
The philosophy of Dr. Bach — healing without suffering — has always guided my practice. Edward Bach · an influence
My journey led me to work with Light Energy, an experience that opened the door to a more subtle perception of the human being and emotional and spiritual processes.
I also discovered Bach Flower Remedies, a beautiful vibrational therapy that works with the subtle wisdom of flowers to harmonize emotions and inner states. They offer clarity, balance, and a gentle sense of peace that naturally reflects in the body and in daily life.
Through the method created by Fresia Castro I was able to expand my way of perceiving reality and enter the process of conscious co-creation, what Deepak Chopra calls «the field of infinite possibilities».
The tools
Each session weaves some of these practices together, depending on what the moment calls for. Nothing is forced — they all converse.
Thirty years of listening, observation, and deep accompaniment.
Emotional release through meridians. No retraumatization, no reliving.
Free movement and music to reconnect the body with its energy.
Breath, presence and subtle movement. Certified Shashi Yoga teacher.
Vibrational therapy to harmonize emotions and inner states.
The Fresia Castro method as a subtle base of accompaniment.
Practices to find your own center in moments of change.
Among my favorite tools is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), commonly known as tapping. It is a simple yet powerful technique based on acupuncture meridians that helps release emotions, reduce anxiety, process difficult experiences, and even ease physical discomfort.
Every negative emotion is the result of a disruption in the body's energy system. Gary Craig · founder of EFT
By releasing that disruption, the emotion transforms gently — without pain, without retraumatization, without needing to relive the experience intensely. It is, in my view, one of the most valuable therapies of this new era.
Final chapter · The purpose
I continue learning, growing, and expanding on this path. All my experiences — past, present, and future — are in service of those who come to me seeking relief, clarity, balance, or transformation.
— Carmen
