Welcome to my portal · 1990 — today
Healing does not
have to hurt.
I am Carmen Seidlitz, clinical psychologist. I support healing processes that integrate body, mind and spirit — because true health cannot be approached from only one dimension.
Chapter one · The path
A journey of healing, awareness, and transformation
My name is Carmen Seidlitz, and I am a Clinical Psychologist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (Quito, 1990). For more than three decades, I have dedicated my life to studying, practicing, and teaching methods that integrate the body, mind, and spirit — because true health cannot be approached from only one dimension.
From an early age, I felt drawn to alternative ways of healing. Homeopathy, anthroposophy, and various energy practices opened my path and revealed new ways of understanding human well-being. Each of these disciplines became a bridge toward a deeper, more compassionate vision of the healing process.
Chapter two
Energetic therapies that transform
My journey led me to work with Light Energy, an experience that opened the door to a more subtle perception of the human being and emotional and spiritual processes.
I also discovered Bach Flower Remedies — a beautiful vibrational therapy that works with the subtle wisdom of flowers to harmonize emotions and inner states. They offer clarity, balance, and a gentle sense of peace that naturally reflects in the body and in daily life.
The philosophy of Dr. Bach — healing without suffering — has always guided my practice.
I firmly believe that healing does not need to be painful, and that is why I integrate methods that honor this principle.
Chapter three
Pineal gland internal activation
Through the method created by Fresia Castro, I was able to expand my way of perceiving reality and enter the fascinating process of conscious co-creation. This path has allowed me to reconnect with intuition, creativity, and the ability to open myself to what is new — what Deepak Chopra calls «the field of infinite possibilities».
This work continues to inspire my practice and remains a subtle yet powerful foundation in my therapeutic approach.
Chapter four
Influences that have marked my path
Authors such as Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer have been guiding lights in my personal journey. Through their teachings, I learned the importance of self-love, conscious thinking, and inner transformation as a pathway to a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Chapter five
Yoga, movement, and presence
Yoga is a fundamental practice in my life — a daily tool to return to my center, balance emotions, and cultivate the connection between body and spirit. I am a certified Shashi Yoga instructor. You can learn more about this tradition at Yoga and Meditation Center, a conscious yoga approach that integrates breath, presence, and mindful movement.
In recent years I have also incorporated Chakradance — a free-flow movement practice that supports energy release, body reconnection, and deep chakra harmonization. Combined with my background in psychology and energy healing, it allows me to guide transformative processes through movement, music, and intuitive expression.
Chapter six
EFT / Tapping
emotional healing for the modern world
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), commonly known as tapping, is one of my preferred tools. It is a simple yet powerful technique based on acupuncture meridians that helps release emotions, reduce anxiety, process difficult experiences, and even alleviate certain physical discomforts.
Every negative emotion is the result of a disruption in the body's energy system.
By releasing that disruption, emotions transform gently — without pain, without retraumatization, and without needing to relive the experience intensely. In my view, it is one of the most valuable therapies of this new era.
